Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree preferred.
• AutoCAD proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify engineering problems or opportunities and develop solutions.
• Own an engineering/efficiency project from conception to completion with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to avoid production delays.
• Develop justifications for capital expenditures and communicate at multiple levels.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
