Job summary

Teasdale Latin Foods seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead capital investments and reliability initiatives across manufacturing sites. You will own $1M+ projects from scoping through commissioning, coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Finance, and Procurement to deliver measurable financial and operational benefits.

You will drive capital governance, manage risk, and provide executive updates on progress, costs, and outcomes, while maintaining safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing engineering with maintenance/reliability and capex experience.
• Proven leadership of capital projects with $1M+ budgets from scope to commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize capital investments with clear scope, ROI, and risks.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership and secure approvals.
• Own and deliver multiple $1M+ projects across sites with cross-functional teams.
• Develop project plans, budgets, milestones, and risk registers.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Finance, Procurement and Quality.
• Coordinate design reviews, supplier management, and equipment handover and training.

Skills
