Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical) is required.
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing or roofing/building products.
• Ability to manage as a multi-disciplinary project manager and supervise as lead engineer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute capital projects across the lifecycle, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget.
• Define, design, and manage project installations with detailed scopes and cost justifications.
• Drive continuous improvement with technical analysis and process/equipment modifications.
• Serve as primary technical resource for design, engineering, coordination, commissioning, and startup.
