RECARO Fort Worth is seeking a Project Engineer III to coordinate the design and certification of aircraft seats, leading design teams of designers, engineers and certification specialists to meet customer requirements. You will plan, schedule and track engineering tasks, prepare work packages and BOMs, and support sourcing, production and service bulletins in collaboration with suppliers and authorities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering with 7+

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years of related experience in seats or aircraft interiors.
• Experience with CATIA V5 or similar.
• Knowledge of CFR/EASA/TSO regulations is desirable.
• Familiarity with PLM databases (Teamcenter, Agile, Enovia) is desired.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate all aspects of design and certification of aircraft seats.
• Plan, schedule and track engineering tasks; provide reports to management.
• Summarize customer requirements and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare work packages and BOMs for sourcing and production.
• Interact with suppliers and overseas engineers to drive seat development.
