You will oversee small to mid-scale projects modifying seating and interior features, coordinating global design resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Advanced Degree (MS/PhD) preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design resources across global teams during execution.
• Present design data and mock-ups to customers during reviews.
• Document delays and scope changes; recommend recovery actions.
• Pursue cost-saving opportunities to maximize profitability.
• Create designs and modifications to satisfy new customer requirements.
• Lead design reviews with senior engineers and certification teams.
• Build prototype seats for meetings and testing; support certification.
