Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; 10+ years of related experience preferred.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and regulations.
- Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts and perform data analysis.
- Familiarity with ISO/AS9100 quality systems and government QA programs is a strong plus.
- US Citizenship with ability to obtain government security clearance.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop project proposals, schedules, and monitor assigned projects.
- Lead projects from conception through completion under tight timelines.
- Review design deliverables and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards.
- Mentor/lead junior engineers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure cost estimates, budgets, and resources align with project goals.
