RTX in Windsor Locks, CT seeks a Principal Project Engineer to lead cross‑functional programs in Environmental & Aircraft Control Systems. You will drive schedules, budgets, and performance, coordinating with software, hardware, and production teams to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) required with minimum 8 years of experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive project engineering processes with integrated scheduling, EV management, and risk handling.
• Collaborate with Systems, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Program Office, Production, and Quality to satisfy customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, budgets, and staffing.
• Monitor trends, performance, costs, and forecasts.
• Meet weekly to review performance, issues, and tasks.
