Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for Pratt & Whitney Compression Systems. You will act as a tactical leader for advanced engine development tasks, coordinating engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality and validation within the CIPT framework.

Responsibilities include tracking progress, leading risk mitigation, integrating sourcing with the supply chain, and mentoring team members. Onsite work with up to 10% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with customer focus.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead CIPT projects and manage integration of engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality and validation.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Perform Risk assessments and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel up to 10%.
