Role Summary:

As a Project Engineer, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop new products, technologies, and customer-specific solutions. You will coordinate daily local order fulfillment activities for assigned projects, support quotation processes, conduct routine engineering analysis, create detailed layouts/mechanical designs, and provide operations support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute multiple projects for various customers.
• Coordinate with the Engineering team and obtain customer approval for drawings.
• Support production by advising on specifications deviations and other activities as needed.
• Conduct production planning meetings to communicate product requirements, specifications, and timelines to relevant departments.
• Review technical documentation to ensure product performance meets customer requirements and suggest modifications.
• Prepare test plans and evaluate test results.
• Optimize and standardize existing and new product lines.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure timely delivery of products as per contract.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• BSc or BA in a relevant field with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor).
• Knowledge of ANSYS (CFD, FEA) is a plus.
• Experience in development and design within an industrial setting.
• Understanding of engineering documentation, drafting, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization and with customers globally.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement processes is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 10%).
