• Perform labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance


• Prepare RFIs and submittals


• Quantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials, and price change orders


• Create and implement job schedules and coordinate with field supervisors and foremen


• Create and manage punch lists and job closeout documentation


• Support the Quality Control measures outlined in the QA/QC program


• Assist in other duties as assigned

Salary Range: $80,000 - $108,000 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.

Basic Requirements

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or related discipline.


• Experience managing drywall, metal stud framing, and ACT scopes.


• Mechanical installation and clean room preferred.


• OSHA certification.


• Local to Indianapolis area preferred.
