• Create and manage outreach strategies and tactics for stakeholders, including property owners, municipal officials and regulators.
• Oversee field outreach representatives and their contracts, guiding development and execution of outreach plans.
• Coordinate ROW activities and ensure consistent messaging across stakeholders and internal teams.
