Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search).

Responsibilities

• Continues developing knowledge and may provide guidance and direction on design guides, standards, systems, applicable engineering codes and B&V policies.
• Independently applies knowledge and complies with B&V quality program; may oversee compliance and provide guidance to others.
• Prepares complex engineering deliverables for larger projects, performs complex research, recommends equipment/materials, manages data, and handles budget/schedule/quality requirements.
• Coordinates with internal/external team members on moderately complex projects.
• Identifies client interests and drivers, communicates them to the project team, and supports business development efforts.
• Acts as a technical specialist, mentors others, and contributes to knowledge management.
