Job summary

Black & Veatch Family of Companies is seeking a Sr EPC Project Director for Advanced Power Generation in Overland Park and multiple U.S. locations.

You will direct the largest EPC programs with senior accountability for safety, quality, cost, schedule, and startup/commissioning, while leading multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, and construction. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typical 18 years experience in leading large EPC projects.
• Occasional travel >50% to project sites and client locations.

Responsibilities

• Directs the largest, most complex EPC projects with senior accountability for safety, quality, cost, schedule, and startup/commissioning integration.
• Lead day-to-day execution of contracted engineering, procurement, and construction scope across safety, quality, performance, planning, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Staff and direct large multi-discipline teams including project managers and site leaders.
