Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Director to lead emergency services, mitigation, restoration and reconstruction projects from initial lead to closeout. This client-facing, revenue-generating role owns scope development, estimate accuracy, customer communications, financial outcomes, and project direction.

The PD will coordinate with internal teams, serve as primary contact for customers, adjusters, consultants, and TPAs, and ensure expectations are clearly defined and met throughout

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, management, construction management or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years restoration or construction experience.
• 2-3 years experience as an Estimator or Project Manager with water, fire, mold or reconstruction.
• Experience handling commercial, industrial, or large-loss projects.
• Familiarity with mitigation, environmental services, reconstruction, industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed scopes of work in Xactimate from onsite inspections and documentation.
• Validate scopes of work with insurers, consultants, TPAs and owners/managers to align before work starts.
• Ensure projects comply with codes, standards, guidelines, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to hand off jobs for production, create budgets, set schedules, and identify labor strategies.
• Support management in resolving scope discrepancies and customer concerns; maintain project documentation.
