Position Details

• Title: Senior Project Director - Qualitative Market Research
• Location: Doylestown, Pennsylvania
• Department: Market Research

Responsibilities

• Design qualitative studies and write screeners and discussion guides with limited supervision.
• Supervise fieldwork, manage vendor relations, and intervene when necessary.
• Conduct telephone and in-person interviews at a high proficiency level.
• Analyze data and prepare detailed reports with minimal guidance.
• Develop conclusions and marketing implications collaboratively.
• Work on multiple projects, including as a lead project director.
• Mentor junior staff and travel as required for research activities.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and develop strong relationships.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in market research, pharmaceutical experience a plus.

Compensation

Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000, dependent on experience and other factors.
