Job summary

Q2IMPACT seeks a Project Director / Task Order Manager to oversee the EAP MEL Platform for the U.S. Department of State.

You will manage contract execution, quality, and client relations, coordinating with COR, EAP offices, posts, and technical teams across Washington, DC and regional sites. The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of experience in foreign assistance, MEL, or program management, with active Secret clearance and ability to lead complex multi-country

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in foreign assistance, MEL, project design, evaluation, or program management.
• Experience leading complex, multi-country USG task orders or contracts, preferably for DOS or related agencies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior lead for overall contract execution, technical and operational performance, and client engagement.
• Provide central management for all task order requirements, including deliverables, budgets, reporting, and risk mitigation.
• Lead planning for demand-driven assignments and staff deployment across Washington, DC and regional offices.
• Review major deliverables and ensure compliance with government standards and quality requirements.
