Job summary

ProSidian Consulting, LLC seeks a Lead International Development Program/Project Evaluator for ILAB MEL and Data Services. The position is primarily in the Washington, DC metro area with hybrid on/off client site and virtual work.

The role involves technical oversight, data analysis, and leadership across a global labor program environment. The ideal candidate has extensive MEL experience, a Master’s or higher, and a track record in government/public sector programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) for international development projects.
• Strong quantitative/qualitative analysis and evidence synthesis skills.
• Ability to review and ensure technical quality of work products.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, and MEL tasks under the contract.
• Conduct quality reviews of technical work and finalize deliverables.
• Provide mentorship to bench members and ensure accuracy of AI-assisted analyses.
• Coordinate fieldwork, data collection, and site visits as needed.
