ProSidian Consulting, LLC is seeking an International Development Program/Project Manager to support the DOL ILAB MEL and Data Services functional area. This hybrid role is centered in Washington, DC with national and international scope, delivering management and evaluation services for labor programs.

You will lead a project team, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with COR and evaluation staff, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables across CONUS/OCONUS engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Minimum 5 years of contract management experience in an international development context.
• Minimum 5 years of MEL services experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide Government and Public Services sector management and financial consulting, acquisition and grants management support, and project management services for DOL ILAB MEL and Data Services.
• Ensure all contract deliverables are of the highest quality, completed on time and within budget.
• Manage workflow among a bench of specialists, sub-contractors, and others contributing to the work.
• Act as the key point of contact for contract matters, including staffing plans, and reporting to the COR and evaluation team.
• Oversee staff performance, quality control, and timely submission of monthly progress reports and final deliverables.
• Maintain a diverse bench of qualified specialists to staff assignments on six weeks’ notice.
