Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients to ensure needs are understood and addressed.
• Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
• Collaborating with internal departments to fulfill customer requests.
• Resolving complaints and tracking processes related to client desires.
• Acting as the client’s representative to meet demands and improve customer experience.
• Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
• Assist with multi-discipline engineering and design activities.
• Provides project control documentation including project design, estimation, procurement, field assessments, contracting requirements, scheduling, construction, and status reporting.
• Manages budget.
