Keystone Engineering Inc. is seeking a Project Director to join our Port Arthur team. The role focuses on directing projects, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating with multiple departments to fulfill customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program, 15+ years of experience, and proven analytical and communication skills. Occasional site visits are expected as part of travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients to ensure all needs are understood and addressed.
• Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
• Collaborating with internal departments to fulfill all customer requests.
• Resolving complaints and tracking processes related to the client’s desires.
• Acting as the client’s representative to meet demands and improve customer experience.
• Collecting and analyzing data on consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
• Assist with multi-discipline engineering and design activities.
• Provide project control documentation including design, estimation, procurement, field assessments, contracting, scheduling, construction, closure, and status reporting.
