Job summary

Indero is seeking a Project Director to lead a portfolio of dermatology and rheumatology clinical studies across multiple countries. You will oversee Project Managers, ensure GMP/GCP alignment, and drive customer satisfaction and program delivery.

The role requires 15+ years in clinical project management with CRO experience, including oversight of budgets and vendor management. This is a remote US-based position with global exposure.

Qualifications

• 15+ years industry experience with 5+ years at a CRO
• Experience leading concurrent multinational phase III trials
• Dermatology or rheumatology trials experience required

Responsibilities

• Oversees a portfolio of projects and PMs.
• Ensures studies meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Manages study budgets and expenses with financial forecasting.
• Leads proposal development and client presentations.
• Mentors and coaches project managers.
