Job summary

Indero is seeking a Project Director for Early Phase and Translational Research (EPTR) to oversee a portfolio of dermatology and rheumatology studies across North America. You will lead Project Managers, ensure compliance with SOPs, GCPs, and ICH guidelines, and drive on-time delivery within budget while maintaining client satisfaction.

The role requires 15+ years of clinical project management experience, including CRO exposure, with multi-country studies and strong leadership in proposal

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years industry experience in clinical projects.
• At least 5 years at a CRO.
• Experience leading mid-size to large, multi-country studies (>10-15 countries).
• Dermatology or rheumatology trials experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees portfolio of projects and PMs to operationalize awarded studies.
• Ensures studies meet SOPs, GCPs, ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Represents company to customers and maintains satisfaction; communicates deliverables.
• Manages study budgets and expenses; tracks timelines and progress.
• Leads contingency planning, risk mitigation, and process improvements.
• Contributes to proposals, pricing inputs, and business development at project level.
