Job summary

Indero is a contract research organization specializing in dermatology. We seek a Clinical Trial Manager II to oversee investigative sites and monitoring deliverables, mentor CRAs, and ensure adherence to ICH/GCP and SOPs.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in clinical research with lead CRA experience, strong leadership and communication, and may travel up to 10% (domestic/international). This is a remote-friendly role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of clinical research experience including prior monitoring experience and at least 2 years in Lead CRA or Clinical Team Leader roles.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent judgement and problem-solving abilities.
• Occasional travel up to 10%, including some international travel when possible.
• Fluent in English (excellent oral and written).
• Experience in a CRO and dermatology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that clinical monitoring activities are performed to Sponsor satisfaction with timely, quality deliverables in line with SOPs, regulations and study requirements.
• Identifies quality issues and trends in site performance and monitoring, and establishes corrective action plans.
• Serves as a point of contact for CRAs and Lead CRAs for assigned projects.
• Provides mentoring and oversight of CRAs and Lead CRAs.
• Reviews site visit reports and tracks metrics to ensure compliance.
• Contributes to development of the Clinical Monitoring Plan and trainings for CRAs.
• Develops monitoring tools and source data verification worksheets.
• Coordinates CRA meetings and co-monitoring visits as needed.
