Job summary

Indero, a global clinical leader in dermatology and rheumatology, seeks a Senior Project Manager for USA remote work. You will lead cross-functional teams across start-up to close-out phases, manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships, and serve as the main sponsor liaison.

Strong GCP/ICH knowledge and English fluency are essential. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of clinical PM experience, CRO familiarity, and leadership in multinational Phase III studies.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in a field related to clinical research.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an asset.
• Experience with global, multi-country trials and CRO environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and provide regular trial progress updates.
• Oversee study plans, protocols, CRFs, and study deliverables across phases.
• Lead Investigator’s Meetings and ensure site readiness with materials and supplies.
• Monitor quality, manage risk, and address audit findings.
• Control budgets, track internal hours, and forecast resources and timelines.
• Lead core project teams and collaborate with Regulatory, Data Management and Monitoring teams.
