Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. seeks an Owner’s Representative, Project Director to lead the design and construction of multiple projects valued from $25M to $300M, across renovations and new builds, with autonomy and executive oversight.

You will manage 25–50 project team members, coordinate with clients, ensure schedules and budgets meet goals, and report to C-suite executives. A Bachelor's in a related field and 10 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or Business
• 10 years’ experience managing projects and leading project teams
• Professional Registration or certifications a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of multiple projects valued at $25m-$300m
• Directly managing activities of up to 25-50 project team members
• Present budgets, schedules, and events to clients, allowing for continuous project progression with client understanding and concurrence
• Monitor profitability & fee utilization against contract value
• Review the design for adherence to client expectation and budgetary constraints
• Take ownership and maintain full accountability for the success of the project
