Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Project Designer in Phoenix to lead interior design efforts on complex projects and support designers in quality reviews.

You will apply space planning, materials, finishes, casework, lighting, acoustics, and FF&E knowledge across stages from concept through construction. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in commercial real estate design, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field (or equivalent with certification) required.
• At least 4 years of design experience in the commercial real estate market.
• Space planning experience using Revit.
• Strong time management and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the interior design effort of complex projects.
• Support Project Designers in design deliverables quality reviews.
• Apply space planning, materials, finishes, and FF&E knowledge to projects.
• Execute full design process from sketch to construction start.
• Produce mood and design presentations independently or with supervision.
• Participate in internal and consultant meetings; coordinate with vendors.
