Job summary

Bethel Church seeks a Project Senior Designer to provide high-level creative support for church projects, campaigns, and events on a project-based basis. You will work under the Design Lead and Creative & Story Director, contributing senior-level concept development, art direction, and design execution.

The role requires deep knowledge of graphic design, visual storytelling, brand development, typography, layout, and production across digital, print, environmental, and merchandise

Qualifications

• Believes and adheres to the beliefs and vision of Bethel Church.
• Prior experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or comparable senior-level creative role.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing creative projects from concept through completion.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of this position and pass a background check.
• Legally qualified to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy, narrative, and creative direction into compelling visual concepts.
• Develop layouts, typography, imagery, and graphics for digital, print, environmental, and merchandise assets.
• Present concepts and design direction to the Design Lead and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team to understand goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Execute design solutions from concept through completion with minimal direction.
