Job summary

Elevation Church is seeking a designer to create high‑quality visuals for weekend experiences, sermon series, digital content, social media, and special projects. You will collaborate with the Creative Director, writers, and programming teams to develop strong visual concepts that communicate messages clearly and creatively.

You will lead design direction for campaigns, maintain the brand across all platforms, and execute designs across broadcast, social, web, print, and environmental formats.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating design, typography, and layout expertise.
• Experience leading design projects and creative direction.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong branding and storytelling through design.
• Excellent collaboration across teams and communication.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality designs for weekend experiences, sermon series, digital content, social media, and projects.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, writers, and programming teams to develop strong visual concepts that communicate messages clearly and creatively
• Lead design direction for campaigns and series—contributing to concept development, look and feel, and execution
• Maintain and elevate the visual standards of the church’s brand across all platforms
• Execute designs across multiple formats (broadcast, social, web, print, environmental) with excellence and consistency
• Provide creative feedback and direction to other designers and freelancers
• Partner with video teams, animators, and other creatives to bring cohesive, multi-platform experiences to life
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare and deliver final files for production across various media
