Qualifications

• Christian faith and living an above-reproach lifestyle.
• Strong knowledge of creative trends and best practices.
• Proficiency with Adobe products (InDesign, Premiere).
• Ability to give clear, constructive creative feedback.
• Experience leading design, copywriting, photography and video teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and champion Christ Chapel’s brand standards across all projects.
• Provide creative leadership for the Communications Department and set visual, verbal, and storytelling direction.
• Lead, coach, and develop designers, writers, photographers, and videographers—staff, freelancers, and volunteers.
• Partner with the Associate Communications Director – Projects to align creative priorities and manage delivery from concept to final output.
• Translate ministry goals into clear, strategic creative briefs and effective communication strategies.
• Review and approve all creative deliverables to ensure excellence, clarity, and brand alignment.
