Job summary

Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a global manufacturer in Raleigh to recruit a Pharmaceutical Project Manager who will own projects from initial definition through delivery and closeout. Qualifications

• Seven or more years of project-management experience in pharmaceutical, medical-device, or a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Active PMP certification and a bachelor's degree in project management, business, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering capital equipment or complex systems-integration projects from scope definition through customer acceptance.
• Working knowledge of FDA-regulated quality systems, GMP principles; validation or Lean/Six Sigma credentials are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmaceutical equipment and engineered-system projects from discovery to closeout.
• Translate requirements into scope, specifications, pricing inputs, proposals, and delivery commitments.
• Own schedules, budgets, deliverables, risk registers, change control, and corrective actions with transparent status reports.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, operations, suppliers, and stakeholders through delivery.
• Ensure alignment with FDA expectations and GMP principles.
• Build templates, workflows, KPIs, and training materials for future growth.
