Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Project Manager II to direct and coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategy and goals. The role requires gathering requirements, scheduling activities, and holding teams accountable with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include overseeing scope, milestones, risk, and change control, while working with PMO, Sales, Engineers, and senior leadership to deliver results on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience managing projects or leading teams.
• Experience eliciting requirements, planning, and managing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept through implementation, defining scope, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate across enterprise to align expectations and requirements.
• Lead multiple projects to deliver on time and within budget.
• Plan, execute, and monitor project work plans and adjust as needed.
• Manage project teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with PMO, Sales, Engineering, and leadership to shape the overall project plan.
• Track hours and expenses weekly and identify cost efficiencies.
• Ensure project documents are complete and stored properly.
