Job summary

Fort Worth ISD seeks a professional to provide senior-level support in Payroll and Benefits, coordinating multiple projects and delivering data-informed insights.

You will develop and monitor strategic initiatives, prepare reports, and present findings to district leadership, while ensuring adherence to state and federal guidelines. Exempt, full-time position with exposure to cross-functional teams and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years professional-level support for leadership and project coordination.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates project work with the team and provides direction to complete tasks on schedule.
• Plans, organizes, and monitors multiple programs ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines.
• Develops and analyzes data, prepares reports, and presents findings to stakeholders.
• Supports development of strategic plans and alignment with data strategy.
• Maintains files and data bases and communicates with diverse groups to meet deadlines.
