Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects in Texas is seeking a Sr. PCA to build and maintain cost models, perform scenario analyses, and deliver cash flow estimates to support the monthly PE process.

You will analyze cost and schedule impacts of scope changes, monitor budgets, and provide data-driven presentations to project teams, applying Cognos, Power BI, Maximo, and Power Plan while upholding safety and compliance.

Qualifications

BS in project management, construction management, engineering, finance, accounting or equivalent.
Direct cost analysis on utility or large process-scale projects.
Sr. PCA: 6+ years of experience.
Understanding of commercial agreements and contracting strategies.
Understanding of schedule impact on cost forecasting and integration with cost.
Proficient in Cognos, Power BI, Maximo, Power Plan and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain cost models and cash flow estimates for monthly PE.
Analyze cost and schedule impacts of scope changes and trends.
Monitor budgets and provide cost reporting; perform trend analysis.
Interface with project teams to support cost control and reporting.
Identify gaps and improve cost data standards; track monthly spend for EV/Forecast.
Perform forensic analysis on spend and forecasts for budget adherence.
Develop and maintain the Issue & Risk Register and Cost QRAs.
Utilize Cognos, Power BI, Maximo, and Power Plan for analyses and data-driven presentations.
Document thoroughly to meet ROD, prudency reviews, PSC filings, Change Orders.
Contribute to safety through meetings, inspections, and field observations.
