Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Cost Analyst in the Program Management department to assemble and deliver project cost information to Project Managers and Operations. You will forecast budgets, track accruals, and support change requests with timely reports.

You will analyze actual costs from Vista and VMS, coordinate data from field personnel, and communicate trends to leadership. Onsite in Redfield, AR with per diem available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration.
• Experience with project controls, budgeting, and cost reporting.
• Strong communication and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost forecasts, accruals, and budgets.
• Analyze actual costs from accounting systems and prepare forecasts.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on change orders and committed costs.
• Support budgeting and earned value structure at project initiation.
• Communicate data trends clearly to management.
• Evaluate risk, cost, and schedule against multi-year plans.
• Use KPIs like CPI and EAC to measure performance.
• Identify cost variances and mitigation actions.
• Onsite work in Redfield, AR; per diem offered.
