Job summary

Qualus Corporation is seeking a Cost Analyst in our Program Management department. You will assemble and provide information on project costs, commitments, and forecasts to Project Managers and Operations Management.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with SAP and Excel, and the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines. Travel is minimal, and a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project controls experience with cash flow forecasting and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred disciplines accounting or business administration.
• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Word and Excel; able to create clear written communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and review cost forecasts, accruals, and budgets throughout project lifecycle.
• Compile and analyze actual job cost data and prepare forecasting workbooks.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to review change orders and support scope changes.
• Assist in project budget setup and earned value structure development.
• Communicate data and trends clearly to Project/Operations Management.
• Support Stage Gate Process evaluations of project development and control deliverables.
• Evaluate risk, cost, and schedule against multi-year budget plans.
• Identify cost variances and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Travel minimally as needed.
