HDR is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator in the Seattle/Bellevue area to support the Transportation Business Group. You will organize documents, coordinate meetings, assist with contracts and invoices, and work closely with multiple project managers to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years related experience

Responsibilities

• Compose, type, format, proofread, edit and organize documents, reports, specifications and correspondence
• Create and maintain paper and electronic files
• Coordinate meetings and assist with presentations
• Provide document control support and track document flow in SharePoint/Contract Manager
• Assist with contracts and sub-contracts
• Work closely with Project Managers and project teams
