Job summary

ChristianaCare is hiring a full-time Project Coordinator III to join our Surgical Services leadership team in Wilmington, DE. This role supports workforce operations, timekeeping, payroll, compliance, and improvement initiatives across multiple surgical specialties.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and organizational skills, healthcare experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while leveraging data to improve provider and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• PMP Certification within 1 year of hire.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in healthcare.
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• The Project Coordinator serves as a key operational partner within Surgical Services, supporting strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations across the service line.
• Coordinate projects, manage physician and APC timekeeping and payroll processes, track leave utilization and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop reports, presentations, productivity metrics, and analyses to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
