Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of project coordination in industrial or semiconductor construction.
• Strong scheduling, document control, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities between project managers, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and client teams.
• Track schedules, milestones, deliverables, and construction progress.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and turnover packages.
• Support MEP coordination, cleanroom activities, and tool installation schedules.
• Monitor procurement status to support field execution.
• Facilitate meetings and maintain action-item logs and status reporting.
• Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and change management.
• Support safety, quality, and compliance documentation.
