Job summary

MSR-FSR, LLC seeks a Construction Coordinator to manage on-site construction activities, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate between contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include tracking schedules, reviewing redlines, overseeing field operations, and ensuring 6S standards. Journeyman license preferred; semiconductor/industrial project experience is advantageous. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor or related construction preferred.
• Proven track record on successful projects.
• Experience in Semiconductor/Advanced Technology/Industrial projects.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open communication between stakeholders (Construction Coordinators, Tool Engineers, Project Managers, Contractors, Vendors).
• Manage and track construction work schedules and status beyond completion percentage.
• Oversee day-to-day field operations, productivity, and regulatory conformance.
• Coordinate construction support resources.
• Conduct SOR quantity surveys to verify materials used by Contractors.
• Track prefab and installation work schedules.
• Review and close out contractor redline drawings.
• Engage with Contractors on daily tool activities and safety reps.
• Attend Facility Services meetings and coordinate utility activation/isolation.
• Maintain stop-work authority for unsafe conditions.
• Ensure 6S standards, safety documentation, and SAS quality expectations.
• Coordinate SAS, Contractors, and QAR to close punch lists.
