Job summary

Scopely is seeking a Senior Director of Publishing Production to lead Publishing Production for one of its newest mobile titles, working remotely from the United States. You will report to the VP of Production and partner across Development, Marketing, Live Operations and Licensing to ensure flawless execution from planning through launch.

In this high-impact role you’ll translate strategy into action, establish clear ownership, and build a scalable production function.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Production, Publishing Production or Program Management for mobile live-service games.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional publishing initiatives (launches, campaigns, licensing).
• Deep understanding of mobile game development and publishing workflows.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and remove blockers.
• Ability to influence peers and senior leaders without direct authority.
• Experience establishing scalable production governance and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead Publishing Production for the project, coordinating across Development, Marketing, Licensing, Live Operations and Publishing.
• Serve as the operational bridge between Development and Publishing to keep roadmaps aligned.
• Drive end-to-end publishing initiatives including soft/global launches and campaigns.
• Establish ownership, priorities and rhythms to enable quick, confident execution.
• Build partnerships across Product, Development, Marketing, Community, UA, CRM and external partners.
• Improve systems and processes to balance immediate execution with long-term excellence.
• Ensure publishing priorities are integrated into release schedules and readiness.
• Provide leadership visibility through risk management and actionable recommendations.
• Develop a high-performing Publishing Production team with increasing autonomy.
