Job summary

Syner-G is seeking a Sr. Project Coordinator to support construction and maintenance projects with emphasis on health and safety.

You will be a key facilitator among project managers, field safety professionals, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure coordination, documentation, and compliance. The role requires prior coordination experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while advancing safe and efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in project coordination or similar role.
• Experience in construction-related environment preferred.
• Knowledge of safety principles, regulations, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities for the field construction health and safety team.
• Maintain project schedules, trackers, and safety documentation.
• Review Job Hazard Analyses and Site-Specific Safety Plans.
• Assist with incident investigations and reporting for clients.
• Support inspections, meetings, and regulatory interactions.
• Ensure alignment with SOPs, MOPs and regulatory requirements.
