Job summary

Syner-G is seeking a Sr. Project Coordinator to provide advanced organizational and administrative support for construction and maintenance projects with a strong emphasis on health and safety.

This role acts as a liaison between project managers, field safety professionals, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure coordination and regulatory compliance. The position requires prior coordination experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting safe and efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years of experience as a project coordinator or similar role.
• Construction-related environment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day coordination support to the safety team on construction and maintenance projects.
• Assist management with safety-related tasks during construction phases.
• Lead pre-construction planning meetings and distribute materials.
• Maintain and update project schedules, logs, and documentation.
• Review Job Hazard Analyses and Health and Safety programs.
