Job summary

Crew2 is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to lead installation projects from start to finish, acting as a senior resource within the Project Coordination team. You will ensure excellent customer service, accurate scheduling, and smooth collaboration with installers, vendors, and internal departments.

You will mentor coordinators, resolve escalations, and support continuous improvement across operations while maintaining financial discipline and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of Project Coordinator experience (Crew2) or 3+ years in related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily installation schedules to ensure on-time completion.
• Serve as primary contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate material availability, scheduling, and milestones for projects.
• Dispatch daily work orders to installation service providers.
• Escalation resource for Coordinators addressing complex issues.
• Mentor and support Project Coordinators to ensure consistency.
• Audit installer pay docs weekly for accuracy.
