Job summary

Stone Security, a BearCom company, seeks an organized Project Manager to lead security installation projects from initiation through completion. You will coordinate permits, subcontractors, material delivery and schedule management to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in security project management, strong communication, and the ability to engage with all management levels. Construction and security industry experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of security and project management experience.
• Ability to engage with all levels of management.
• Technically inclined with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in the construction field and security industry.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint).
• Strong technical knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion.
• Experience in LenelS2 and Milestone preferred.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional communication with all stakeholders, external and internal.
• Oversee project progression from inception to completion, including permits, material delivery, contracting, managing subcontractors, etc.
• Understand project scope and complete projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain installation schedules and coordinate task scheduling with other trades.
• Troubleshoot project issues and engage resources to mitigate impacts.
• Plan and schedule engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities.
• Manage multiple projects across the Southeast without supervision.
• Manage project budget and profitability.
• Manage and execute project change orders.
