Job summary

Stone Security, a BearCom company, seeks an organized Project Manager to join our growing team in the San Antonio/Schertz area. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, manage budgets, and coordinate installation schedules with various trades to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in security and project management, strong communication, and experience in construction and security industries. MS Office, LenelS2, Milestone familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of security and project management experience.
• Able to engage with all levels of management.
• Technically inclined with strong written and verbal communication; self-motivated and dependable.
• Experience in the construction field and security industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project progression from inception to completion, including permits and materials.
• Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, and installation activities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain installation schedules and coordinate with other trades.
• Troubleshoot issues and engage resources to mitigate impacts.
• Plan and schedule engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities.
• Manage multiple projects across the Southeast with minimal supervision.
• Oversee project budget and profitability; execute change orders.
