The role requires organizing multiple tasks, coordinating IRB submissions, and ensuring timely recruitment and data collection. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a science field, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a biological, physical science, social science, clinical, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal/external customers.
• Advanced organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks and lead when required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team to maximize quality and efficiency of operations.
• Knowledge of current Good Clinical Practice (cGCP) and IRB procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Research Scientists and Project Managers by taking responsibility for designated protocol tasks.
• Train Research Assistants and Coordinators on study protocols.
• Assist in budgeting and development of project work plans and track hours/expenses.
