Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• Seven years of progressive experience in research business operations, business development, strategic partnerships, commercialization, or sponsored research; ten years preferred.
• Proven ability to structure and negotiate complex collaborative agreements and budgets.
• Knowledge of regulatory, contracting, and operational requirements for clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for research commercialization and partnerships.
• Lead negotiations for clinical trial and research agreements with industry sponsors.
• Oversee budgets, pricing frameworks, cost recovery, and financial sustainability.
• Establish cross-functional governance, milestones, and performance metrics.
