ARES seeks a highly organized Project Coordinator III to support the eMITS Broadcast Production Manager and EPIC Manager in coordinating enterprise broadcast production and events for NASA.

The role emphasizes meeting planning, documentation, procurement, travel, and property management across NASA centers, requiring strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced government contracting environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in General Business or Communications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Experience supporting managers or leadership teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and project coordination support.
• Schedule meetings, manage agendas and logistics.
• Attend meetings, capture notes, and track action items to completion.
• Assist with calendars, project schedules and staffing coordination.
• Organize project documentation, trackers, and briefing materials.
• Support monthly contract reporting and customer/internal reviews.
• Coordinate travel, transportation, and equipment movement for productions.
• Assist with NASA badging processes for external personnel.
