• 5+ years of relevant experience in construction project coordination, project controls, cost management, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Sustainability, or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with complex formulas and data analysis.
• Experience with enterprise project management systems such as Proliance, Trimble Unity Construct (e-Builder), or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project planning, budgets, schedules, and financial reporting.
• Track project costs, commitments, encumbrances, and funding allocations.
• Prepare and review Estimates to Complete (ETCs), cost reports, and budget forecasts.

• Maintain accurate project records and reporting in project management systems.

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator IV – Sustainability to support a major public-sector capital improvement program in Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project coordination, cost controls, budgeting, financial reporting, and project management systems. This position supports sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency upgrades, solar installations, EV charging infrastructure, and facility modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning, budgets, schedules, and financial reporting.
• Track project costs, commitments, encumbrances, and funding allocations.
• Prepare and review Estimates to Complete (ETCs), cost reports, and budget forecasts.
• Support project establishment, funding verification, and monthly financial reconciliations.
• Review invoices, change orders, and project financial documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting in project management systems.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in construction project coordination, project controls, cost management, engineering, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Sustainability, or a related field; additional qualifying experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial analysis.
• Experience with enterprise project management systems such as Proliance, Trimble Unity Construct (e-Builder), or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
