Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required for federal contracts and/or security clearance eligibility.
• Strong knowledge of project management, budgeting, control and assurance methodologies.
• Understanding of project finance, accounting or business administration.

Responsibilities

• Develops time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates costs and updates requirements.
• Performs Earned Value Management and prepares financial reports for leadership.
• Manages schedules and resources for complex projects; assesses risks and opportunities.
